An attempt to measure these cultural differences will be used to control its effects on business communications and in turn on business operations. With examples of different cultures, this study aims at understanding and evaluating certain cultures and how they can add value to a business. This comes in the form of employee’s awareness of different cultures and sensitivity towards them, and how these values can ease and better communication in business.
